The Town of Geddes annex to the 2025 county hazard mitigation plan records that severe storms producing strong winds, hail and heavy rainfall caused flash flooding across the Town, with pavement damage on Grove Road and Yale Avenue, damage to storm sewers on Benham Avenue, sewer backups on Fay Road and flooding on Leslee Terrace. The same annex lists the Lakeside Pump Station at 664 State Fair Boulevard, owned by WEP, as exposed to the 100 and 500 year floods with modeled damage of 13.3 percent to structure and 76.5 percent to contents.

The Village of Solvay annex to the 2025 county hazard mitigation plan names two areas consistently affected by flooding: the intersection of Milton Avenue, Charles Avenue and West Genesee Street, and Milton Avenue from Cogswell Avenue to the Town of Camillus line. Drainage improvements were scheduled for 2025. The Village is a regulated municipal separate storm sewer system whose stormwater program is run by its Highway Department under Chapter 134 of the Village Code.

Village of Fayetteville Code section 133-10 states that all costs and expense incident to the installation and connection of the building sewer shall be borne by the owner, who shall indemnify the Village against loss.
